Welcome to Fjällbyn!
In Härjedalen, the highest situated landscape of Sweden where no point is below 300 m asl, there is the village of Tännäs on the slopes between seven mountains. Next to the village is Tännäskröket, a mountain where you now can find a fully equipped ski resort, and a musk ox center where research and breeding is conducted to preserve the wild musk ox herd roaming the mountains of the area. For a long time Tännäs has been a popular destination for visitors from around the world who come to experience the mountains and the untouched nature. In Tännäs, Kullenbergs decided to build a cabin resort so that everyone would get the chance to experience the unique area of western Härjedalen. Tännäs is part of Funäsdalsfjällen, Scandinavia’s largest ski area. It offers a wide range of activities both winter and summer and there is always something exciting to do here regardless of the season.
